Forklift driver storage logistics - 2 shifts

Dicogel, Begro and Westfro are three frozen vegetable companies headquartered in Ardooie.  Together with Roger & Roger (producer of Croky potato chips) they are part of one family business.  Dicogel, Begro and Westfro produce and commercialise frozen vegetables, vegetable mixes, fruit, potatoes and herbs for customers in retail, food service and industry.  The merger of these three companies has given the company a strong position within its sector in recent years. Today, they jointly realise a turnover of approximately 160 million euros with 450 permanent employees.  During the season, the number of employees may still increase significantly. 

Your taks:

After an internal training, you will be given a very varied range of tasks:

• Place frozen crates and octabins in the storage of supplied and produced vegetables.
• Take out frozen crates and octabins to use them in the mixing/packaging department or to ship them.

• Responsible for the correct storage and taking out of frozen crates in the bulk freezer storage.

   

Your profile:

• You speak Dutch/French and/or English
• You are accurate and have an eye for detail
• Your focus is on order, tidiness and hygiene
• You have respect for the procedures
• You have a great sense of responsibility
• You can work with a scanning system
• You have a flexible mindset

• Experience in the food sector is an asset.
